Once a service has been delivered or initiated, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned like a physical product. Because our work is tailored and performance-based, refunds are evaluated based on specific conditions outlined below.


Inapplicability of Traditional Returns

Traditional return or exchange policies do not apply to digital services. Unlike physical goods, digital services are consumed upon delivery or execution. Therefore, once work has started or been delivered, it cannot be returned in the conventional sense.

Refund or Redo Request Process

To request a refund or redo, clients must follow this process:

  1. Written Notification
    Contact MobWorker within 7 days of service delivery by emailing support@mobworker.com, clearly explaining the issue and including relevant details or evidence.

  2. Internal Review
    Our team will carefully review the request based on the agreed scope, communication history, and service delivery.

  3. Decision & Resolution
    Once reviewed, we will communicate the decision and proceed with either a redo, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.


Refund Conditions

Refunds are not automatic and are considered only if:

  • The service substantially fails to meet the agreed requirements and cannot be reasonably corrected.

  • There is a significant delay caused solely by MobWorker.

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of service completion or delivery.

After this period, all services are considered completed and non-refundable.

MobWorker is not responsible for delays, performance issues, or outcomes affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.


Trial Orders & Customer Satisfaction

To help clients make informed decisions, MobWorker may offer trial services for select offerings. Trial services allow clients to evaluate quality and process before committing to larger projects.

Feedback from trial services is reviewed carefully, and reasonable adjustments may be made to align future services with client expectations.
